Alma Likes, LCSW, provides warm, compassionate therapy services in National City through Pacific Health Systems. She is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and cared for as they work through life’s challenges and move toward healing.
Alma works with individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, postpartum mental health concerns, and more. She understands that reaching out for help can be difficult, and she strives to make the therapy process feel supportive, personal, and empowering from the very beginning.
As a bilingual provider, Alma is able to support a broader range of clients and help make therapy feel more comfortable and accessible. She accepts cash-pay clients as well as insurance plans, including Medi-Cal, helping expand access to needed care.
With a gentle, client-centered approach, Alma helps people build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and find hope during difficult seasons. She is passionate about helping each client feel comfortable, understood, and supported every step of the way on their path toward emotional wellness.
