Daisy Montoya, AMFT, provides warm, compassionate therapy for individuals and families throughout San Diego County with Pacific Health Systems. She has a special focus on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, and she is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where healing can begin.
Daisy also understands the unique challenges faced by military members, veterans, and military families, and she works with care and sensitivity to support them through stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
She offers in-person visits in Santee and telehealth services for clients in National City and Oceanside. Daisy accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medi-Cal, making care more accessible and convenient.
