Psychiatric NP (PMHNP-BC)
Matthew Wietzke, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving patients through Pacific Health Systems in Santee and is currently accepting new clients. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care and helping patients feel supported, understood, and confident in their treatment journey.
UCSD-trained, Matthew brings a strong clinical foundation and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. He works with individuals across a variety of treatment settings, including the outpatient clinic, as well as boarding care homes, independent living facilities (ILFs), and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). His experience across these environments allows him to support patients with a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health needs while maintaining continuity of care.
In addition to his outpatient and community-based work, Matthew also holds privileges at Paradise Valley and Bayview, allowing him to help bridge care across multiple levels of treatment. He is committed to meeting each patient where they are, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing respectful, compassionate support every step of the way.
