Mohammed Bari, MD, is a Board-certified psychiatrist and co-owner of Advanced TMS Clinic and Pacific Health Systems. He provides compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care for individuals facing complex mental health conditions, with particular expertise in PTSD, mood disorders, treatment-resistant depression, schizophrenia, and other difficult-to-treat psychiatric illnesses

Dr. Bari accepts Tricare, TriWest, and VA Community Care Network (CCN), providing expert, compassionate care for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. He offers cutting-edge treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato® (esketamine) therapy, and intramuscular (IM) ketamine for treatment-resistant conditions.

Dr. Bari has extensive experience working with military members, veterans, military families, and geriatric patients, and he understands the unique challenges these populations often face. He also provides care in skilled nursing facilities, ILFs, and boarding care settings, helping support patients across multiple levels of care with thoughtful, individualized treatment.

As an Interventional psychiatrist, Dr. Bari is experienced in TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapies, offering advanced treatment options for patients who may need more specialized psychiatric support. He is also experienced in the use and management of long-acting injectable (LAI) medications for patients who benefit from structured, ongoing treatment. In addition, he holds privileges at API, helping support continuity of care across different settings.
